Rolfing
Rolfing can benefit greatly for people in pain; to gain more balance and efficient posture and help the body integrate. I've worked with people who have debilitating migraines, low back pain, wrist and should pain, knee and ankle pain, nerve pain, etc. who've improved significantly after their ten series. Rolfing is also for athletes to gain more efficiency and mobility in movement, and anyone who's curious about their body.
Rolfing is done in a series of ten sessions where each session is a different focus on the body. It sets itself apart from other modalities in that it's a wholistic approach to the entire body structure so you leave physically and mentally changed.
